  • In an effort to provide the most valuable and transparent care, Dissonance has elected to be a hybrid cash-based physical therapy clinic and may be "out of network" for you.

    As January 1st 2025, the only commercial plans Dissonance can offer are through PacificSource. However, there are plans in motion to credential with more insurances.

    Currently, Dissonance is in the process of partnering up with OHP PacificSource Community Solutions and Blue Cross Blue Shield to provide increased access to my care.

    In the meantime, clients can also opt to send their insurance a SuperBill that I can provide in order to give you partial reimbursement. Finally, if you are feeling lost navigating insurance and don’t know how to check your coverage, feel free to reach out and we can get some answers together.

  • No, since oregon is a Direct Access state, that means you do not need a referral from your doctor prior to scheduling with me.

  • For sure! Clients who buy a performance plan get an exclusive discount on adding physical therapy initial evaluations/sessions. If this is you, reach out to me and we can talk about scheduling.

  • I think all of us can remember a time we were disappointed and frustrated with our level of care. Traditional care depending on Insurance models can add unnecessary barriers to care, unexpected fees for uncovered services, not to mention deductibles, copays, and now, coinsurance. Additionally, this pressure on healthcare systems has lead them to heavily lean on aides, giving you 15-20min with a professional and the majority of your appointment with unskilled care. This model of care does not produce effective or sustainable results. I don't believe this describes fair nor ethical care.

    By offering Hybrid Cash-based care, you can enjoy a full 60 min of uninterrupted care with a professional, there are no co-pays (cash only), all the fees for services are up-front, giving you a clear expectation for what this will cost and how long it will take to get better. Since you recieve more 1:1 care, clients often get better outcomes sooner in their care.
